Adult Boxing Classes – Unleash Your Potential: Join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM, and on Fridays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Our adult boxing sessions are a perfect blend of technique refinement and physical conditioning. Here’s what we offer:

Fundamentals and Conditioning: Engage in a rigorous curriculum that covers everything from basic punches and combinations to advanced footwork. Our sessions are an ideal mix of foundational training and physical conditioning, ensuring a holistic boxing experience.

Personalized Coaching: Receive individual attention from our expert trainers, focusing on perfecting your technique for maximum efficiency and safety.

Dynamic Padwork and Drills: Experience the thrill of boxing with our padwork drills, where you’ll practice your skills in a lightly competitive and safe environment.

When Can I Train

Boxing is a demanding sport that requires dedication, discipline, and a consistent training schedule. If you’re serious about becoming a skilled boxer, it’s important to know when and where you can train to achieve your goals.

At our boxing gym in Belleville, we offer classes every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:45pm to 6:45pm. These classes are designed to cover all the elements of a top-class boxing training center and provide you with the tools you need to succeed.

During these classes, you’ll start with a warm-up, which includes exercises such as jumping rope, shadow boxing, and calisthenics. These warm-up exercises are essential for preparing your body for the intense physical demands of training. They also help you to focus your mind and get mentally prepared for the workout ahead.

After the warm-up, you’ll move on to technical training. This includes working on your footwork, stance, and punch technique. Our experienced trainers will work with you to help you perfect your technique and develop your skills as a boxer.

Next, you’ll move on to bag work. Our gym is equipped with heavy bags, wall bags and double-end bags, providing you with the tools you need to improve your power, speed, and endurance. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with a partner on Mitt work, where a trainer or partner holds pads for you to strike.

Sparring is also an important part of our training. You’ll have the opportunity to practice with a partner wearing protective gear in our advanced sparring classes that run at 8:15pm to 9:00pm Wednesdays & Fridays, allowing you to apply your skills and techniques in a realistic setting.

In addition to the boxing-specific training, you’ll also participate in conditioning and strength training, including weightlifting, cardio, and core exercises. Flexibility training and stretching are also incorporated to help prevent injury.

Finally, you’ll end the class with cool-down and recovery activities such as stretching. These activities are essential for reducing muscle soreness, increasing blood flow and helping your body to recover.
